Money related issues can be stressful for a lot of folks - but it truly does not have to be.
I am a graduate of the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona with a BS in Real Estate and a BS in Finance. I have over 25 years of experience in helping people with their biggest financial transactions.
My clients trust me to guide them through all of their major financial decisions - from buying their first home to building their forever home. I guide their kid's college savings accounts and I plan and manage their retirement plans and eventual transfer of wealth.
I am approachable and I have the ability to communicate with my clients in a direct and simple way. I ask the right questions so that I can get a good sense of my client's wishes and preferred outcomes. And I work exceptionally hard to make those wishes come to life.
You'll find me to be organized, smart, reliable, and trustworthy. I take great satisfaction in delivering those qualities to my clients every day.
Everything had density. The apartment, the neighborhood, the air.
I spent a lot of time dreaming about one day having a home by the Ocean, or on a mountain or on an island. Real Estate became my escape and my passion. And I knew quite early on that there would be no real estate without money. So I did all I could to learn as much as I could about making and managing money.
I read, I asked questions, I studied math, and had role-play negotiations with myself. I created fictitious stock accounts and would follow my progress daily in the newspaper. I learned the difference between "having a feeling" and being confident in the data. I became well versed in the art of reading people and even better in being able to communicate with them, regardless of their background or experience level.
I was able to find my home by the Ocean and I was fortunate enough to also live in one on a mountain. I'm still working on the Island home - one day! But every day, I get to help other people acquire their dream home and I would be honored to help you with yours!
